How To Enter : Access the Sweepstakes on the World Wide Web at http://royalpains.usanetwork.com (the “Website”) to reach the Sweepstakes registration page. Each time a Participant attempts to enter, he/she must follow the on-screen instructions and, in the spaces provided (using the entry mechanism provided), enter the following information: his/her first name, last name, street address (no P.O. boxes allowed), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth and any other Entry-related personally identifying information requested by the Sponsor (“Entry”).
Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (hereinafter referred to as a “Participant” or collectively as “Participants”).
Timing : The Luxurious Hamptons Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on July 10, 2013, at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on September 25, 2013, at11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”)
Limit : A Participant may enter only one (1) time per week during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”). The Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3)-day, two (2)-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Travel Companion”) to the New York City area for a set visit to the Series (the “Trip”). Trip will include round-trip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Travel Companion from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home (to be determined by Sponsors and/or Administering Agency in their sole discretion) in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. or the District of Columbia to the destination-city-area airport* [Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Travel Companion must travel on the same itinerary and final determination of the departure airport, destination airport, air carrier used and flight times is at the sole discretion of the Administering Agency]; two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room rate and room taxes only) at a hotel as determined by the Administering Agency at its sole discretion); nonexclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in the selected destination-city area;* a VIP visit and behind-the-scenes tour of the Series’ set location (“Visit”), and meet and greet with Series’ actors (“Meet and Greet”), for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Travel Companion (actual set-related location[s] visited and Meet and Greet subject to availability during Trip dates and at the Sponsor’s sole discretion); selected meals, and two hundred fifty dollars ($250). The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Grand Prize will not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000).
