How To Enter : Viewers should watch LIVE! With Kelly & Michael from Mon., Dec. 30, 2013 through Fri., Jan. 3 2014. There will be up to eight (8) clues (trivia question answers) for each show day that will appear on-screen during the second half of each show’s broadcast. Viewers can enter their “clues” online at www.livekellyandmichael.com for a chance to win a six (6) day/five (5) night trip for (2) to The Buccaneer in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Entrants will receive (1) one entry for every set of correct “clue” they submit. The “clues” for a given show day can be submitted between the hours of 9:45AM ET and 11:59PM (ET) on the same show day.
Eligibility : Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of Mon., Dec. 30, 2013 and legal resident of the 50 U.S., D.C. or Canada (except the Province of Quebec), with the exception of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.

Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand prize winner will receive an a six (6) day/five (5) night trip for the winner and one (1) travel companion St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, on Sponsor-selected dates during 2014 – 2015 (“Trip”). The Trip will consist of the following elements: (A) hotel accommodations at The Buccaneer Hotel in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands (one standard room/double occupancy, including room tax) for five (5) nights; (B) round-trip coach class air transportation for up to two (2) persons total on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and an airport in St. Croix.; (C) up to two (2) round-trip ground transfers from the airport in St. Croix to The Buccaneer Hotel; and (D) meals daily (breakfast buffet and lunch & dinner at one of the Resort’s on-site restaurants) plus house brand liquor and wine. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $4999.00, which will vary depending upon point of departure and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares.
