You may enter this Sweepstakes via the internet during the period beginning on or about 11:59:59 P.M., October 1, 2008 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., November 14, 2008 (“Entry Period”) by logging onto http://www.spike.com/sweeps/007/enter and following directions to enter the Sweepstakes.

Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/e-mail address (“Address”) per day regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A six (6) days / five (5) night trip for winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to London, England (“City”), on one of the Sponsor-selected dates in February 2009, as follows Feb 3-9; Feb 10-16 and Feb 17-23 for a “Live the Bond Lifestyle” experience (“Trip”), consisting of the following elements for the winner and Guest (winner and Guest shall also be referred to collectively as the “Couple”): [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/double occupancy, including room tax) for five (5) nights at the Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel; [2] assorted sightseeing activities at Sponsor’s discretion; [3] breakfast daily; [4] all ground transportation during Trip; [5] round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected London area airport, [6] airport/hotel transfers, and [7] the opportunity to have winner’s image in a new Activision game about James Bond (“Video Game”), if any. In order to obtain winner’s image, the winner must go to a pre-determined Activision facility in Los Angeles, CA before January 31, 2009 to have his/her image scanned. Winner will be required to sign a name and likeness release before his/her image can be captured and included in the game. The trip to LA includes 2 nights hotel accommodations, roundtrip coach airfare and ground transportation in LA. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the winner’s residence and any airport of origin, beverages, fax, food (except for selected meals), gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, and Sponsor’s approval. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Grand Prize winner must take Trip on dates specified by Sponsor (selected by Sponsor from the dates listed above) or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent and Sponsor shall determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Releasees are not responsible for airline cancellations or delays. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for Grand Prize: $20,000 for the trip to England and $1,500 for the trip to LA for a total of $21,500, which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares.
