How To Enter : Access the Sweepstakes on the World Wide Web at http://www.usanetwork.com/series/royalpains/sweepstakes/lasvegas/index.html (the “Website”) to reach the Sweepstakes registration page.
Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories) and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older in their state of residence at the time of entry (hereinafter referred to as a “Participant” or collectively as “Participants”).
Timing : Las Vegas Royal Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on December 16, 2012, at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on January 25, 2013, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : A Participant may enter one (1) time only.
Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”). The Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3)-day, two (2)-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Travel Companion”) to Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Trip”). The Trip will include round-trip economy-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home to an airport in or near Las Vegas, Nevada [Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion must travel on the same itinerary and final determination of the departure airport, destination airport, air carrier used and flight times is at the sole discretion of the Administering Agency]; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport in or near Las Vegas; two (2) nights’ premium hotel accommodation (one (1) room, double occupancy, room rate and room taxes only) at a hotel as determined by the Administering Agency in their sole discretion); a dinner for the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion at a Las Vegas strip area restaurant (does not include alcohol or gratuity, total bill not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200), is subject to reservation availability at time of Trip, and must be used during Trip); two (2) tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion to attend a Las Vegas strip show (total bill not to exceed two hundred and twenty-five dollars ($225), is subject to availability at time of Trip, and must be used during Trip); and one thousand dollars ($1,000) spending allowance for the Grand Prize Winner only (method of funding at the sole discretion of the Administering Agency). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is five thousand dollars ($5,000).
