Eligibility :
The Kretschmar Oktoberfest Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the U.S. To be eligible, entrants must also be 18 years of age or older as of September 22, 2008.
Timing :
The Kretschmar Oktoberfest Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on September 22, 2008 12:01 AM (ET) and ends October 31, 2008 11:59 PM (ET)
How to enter:
You may enter the sweepstakes by hand printing your name, complete address, including street, city, and zip code and home telephone number including area code, and date of birth on the official entry form found at participating retailers or, on a 3” x 5” card and mailing your entry in a stamped business size #10 envelope to: Kretschmar® “Oktoberfest” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 14789, Cincinnati, OH 45250 or, visit www.kretschmardeli.com on September 22, 2008 12:01 AM (ET) through October 31, 2008 11:59 PM (ET). Mail-in entries are limited to one (1) entry per envelope per person per household. Each entry must be hand-printed, postmarked by November 15, 2008 and received by November 21, 2008. Limit one (1) entry per person/mailing address/email address. John Morrell & Co., (“Sponsor”) and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or postage due mail. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered mailed entries and facsimiles are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize Winner. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) trip for two (2) people to Europe. Prize requires departure from major airport nearest to winner’s home. The following is included: 2 round-trip tickets (economy class), accommodations, continental breakfasts and dinners as per the itinerary, local sightseeing, as per the itinerary. Approximate retail value (ARV) $4,000.00.
Ten (10) First Place Winners. First Place winner will receive one (1) European Touring Scooter. Approximate retail value (ARV) $2,000.00.
Two hundred (200) Second Place Winners. Second Place winner will receive one (1) Limited Edition Kretschmar Stein. Approximate retail value: $20.00.
