How To Enter : Visit sweepstakes.cmt.com, a website owned and controlled by Sponsor (the “Website”) and complete all required fields on the online entry form.
Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.
Timing : The “Jana Kramer’s Heart of the Country DVD Flyaway” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00:01 PM Central Time (“CT”) on August 9, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (CT) on August 30, 2013 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per Online Entrant per day.
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize:The Grand Prize Winner shall receive a flyaway trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to see Jana Kramer live in concert in Nashville, TN (the “Event”). The trip shall include (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities’ choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities in its sole discretion) to a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities choice in or around Nashville, TN, at Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Event; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sweepstakes Entities choice, in its sole discretion, in or around Nashville, TN for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) two (2) tickets to see Jana Kramer live in concert in Nashville, TN; (iv) ground transportation to/from airport and hotel and to/from hotel to concert; (v) a Jana Kramer Prize Pack; and (vi) a meet and greet opportunity with Jana Kramer before the concert (collectively, the “Grand Prize”).
Secondary Prize: Each Second Place Prize Winner shall receive one (1) autographed Heart of the Country Poster and one (1) DVD (the “Second Place Prize”, and together with the Grand Prize, collectively referred to herein as the “Prize(s)”).
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,800.00, and the ARV of each Second Place Prize is $24.99.
