Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal United States residents who are at least 21 years of age at the time of sweepstakes entry. This Sweepstakes is void in California, Utah and where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Tennessee residents cannot enter via internet. Employees of Pernod Ricard USA, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (spouse, sibling, child or parent and their spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Beverage alcohol retailers, distributors, their employees and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on Saturday, February 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 31, 2008 (the “Entry Period”).

To enter the Jacob’s Creek Dinner411.com Sweepstakes, via the Internet go to: http://www.Dinner411.com/sweepstakes, click on the Jacob’s Creek Enter Sweepstakes icon, and answer the questions on the entry page and submit as directed by 11:59 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 31, 2008. Alternatively, print your name, date of birth, address, e-mail address (if any), and daytime telephone number on an official entry form, available while supplies last at participating off-premise locations where Jacob’s Creek is sold, or on 3″ X 5″ piece of paper; and mail entry in a first class stamped envelope to Jacob’s Creek Dinner411.com Sweepstakes, P. O. Box 6617, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663 for receipt by July 31, 2008. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted.

Prizes:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Two (2) Food University Trips shall be awarded to the two (2) Grand Prize winners. The Grand Prize consists of a 2 night stay for two at a hotel (one room-double occupancy) in New York City, round-trip air travel (coach) for two to New York City, meals (to be awarded via a check in the amount of $1,000), (2) All-Access tickets to Food University Cooking School and transportation to and from hotel and airport and hotel and Cooking School. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) for each trip $6,610; actual value will depend upon residence of winner and time of travel. Three Hundred (300) First Prizes shall be awarded to the three hundred (300) First Prize winners. The First Prize consists of a Food University-branded Chef’s Jacket (ARV: $24.95) (one size fits all) and (1) Jacob’s Creek-branded Wine Chiller Bag (ARV: $29.95). Total ARV of each First Prize $54.90.
