Eligibility : The Jacksons Premiere Party Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry
Promotion Period : The Jacksons Premiere Party Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 pm (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on 11/16/09 and ends at 4:59:59 pm ET on 12/1/09 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
How To Enter : Online: visit www.aetv.com/jacksons (the “Promotional Site”) during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions
Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per person, per email address and per mobile phone number per day, regardless of method of entry.
Prize (s):
Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will win a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles. Grand Prize winner and guest be required to be in Los Angeles on 12/9/09 or 12/10/09 (exact date to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Grand Prize will also include access to The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty Premiere Party hosted by Sponsor and the chance to potentially meet the Jackson brothers (meet and greet is subject to availability and is not guaranteed). The Grand Prize trip package consists of; (a) roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home, to a major airport near Los Angeles, as determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion; (b) two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel in or around Los Angeles to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); (c) roundtrip ground transportation to/from the major airport near Los Angeles and to/from the Sponsor selected hotel; (d) access to The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty Premiere Party, which is scheduled to take place on 12/9/09 or 12/10/09 (exact date to be determined by Sponsor), hosted by Sponsor where the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest will have the chance to potentially meet the Jackson Brothers (meet and greet is subject to availability and is not guaranteed);
and (e) five hundred dollars ($500 USD) spending money (for the Grand Prize winner only) paid in the form of a check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $3,100 USD.
First Prizes (10): Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) DVD set of The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty series. ARV of each First Prize is $24.95 USD.
Second Prizes (25): Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty t-shirt. ARV of each second prize is $10.00 USD.
