Eligibility : Intuit Small Business Big Game (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence) and are owners of a currently active, lawful small business (“Small Business”) at the time of entry.
Timing : The Promotion begins on July 31, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on December 1, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”).

TWO (2) WEEKLY ENTRY PERIOD PRIZES FOR WEEK 6 – WEEK 7 (awarded one (1) per Weekly Entry Period): An NFL football autographed by the football legend and coach, Jimmy Johnson. All features of the football will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $175.

Round 2:
ONE (1) NYC TRIP PRIZE: A trip for Small Business owner or operator and a guest to New York, NY to see the professional football game scheduled to be held on February 2, 2014 in East Rutherford, NJ. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to one (1) of the major airports that services the New York, NY area (departure and arrival airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); four (4) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the football game; $3,850 that may be used for taxes; and travel agent services. Winner must travel on January 30, 2013 and return on February 3, 2013 or prize will be forfeited. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Sponsor is not responsible if the football game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Seating will be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. By accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket.
