How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes period, visit the website SUPPORTYOURMARATHONER.COM (the “Website”), complete the Friends & Family Entry Form (the “Entry Form”) and follow the instructions for entering the Sweepstakes.
Eligibility : The ING/NYC Marathon® Friend & Family Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and D.C. who are at least eighteen (18) years old at time of entry
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins on October 4, 2010 at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 22, 2010 ET at 11:59:59 a.m. (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY.
Prize (s):
Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a trip for two (2) guests of entrant’s choosing (the “Guests”) to attend the NYC Marathon, except that if one of entrant’s guests is a minor in his or her state of the resident, the second guest shall be the minor’s parent or legal guardian. The trip will include: roundtrip coach class air transportation for two (2) Guests, which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to New York City (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation for any Guest who resides within one hundred fifty (150) miles of New York City), two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations in New York City, which shall consist of one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included), round trip ground transportation between the airport and hotel in New York City, and two (2) tickets to the NYC Marathon. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $2,500 (actual value of trip may vary depending upon point of departure and fluctuation in costs).
First Prize. Fifteen (15) First Prizes consisting of one (1) pair of ASICS® shoes of Sponsor’s choosing. ARV of all (10) First Prizes: $975
Second Prizes. Thirty (30) Second Prize winners will receive ASICS® backpacks. ARV: $450
Third Prizes. Fifty (100) T-Shirts. ARV: $900.
