Eligibility : The Hellmann’s Ultimate Tailgater Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years or older, who have Internet access as of August 27, 2010
Timing : Starting at 10:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 30, 2010 and ending 10:00:00 a.m. ET on October 18, 2010

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a two (2) day/one (1) night trip for two (2) to the 2010 NASCAR Sprint Cup Banquet (the “Banquet”) in Las Vegas, Nevada, at an AMV of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000).
