Hellmann’s NASCAR Real Fan of the Year

Eligibility :
Hellmann’s NASCAR Real Fan of the Year is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of Entry.

Timing :
The Hellmann’s NASCAR Real Fan of the Year (the “Promotion”) begins at 2:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 2, 2009 and ends at 12:00:01 p.m. ET on August 31, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter:
Visit www.realfanoftheyear.com (the “Entry Site”) during the Promotion Period, click on the Promotion link and fill in all required information, including: submitting a photograph of yourself (you must be the only person pictured in the photograph) depicting what makes you the Hellmann’s NASCAR Real Fan of the Year with one of the following brand logos or products pictured: Hellmann’s, Best Foods, Lipton, or Klondike (the “Brand Logo or Product”) (the “Entry” or “Entry Materials”).

Limit:
Limit one (1) unique Entry per person per Monthly Deadline Date.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): A 5-day/4-night trip for two to New York City, New York (or location designated by NASCAR) to attend Sponsor-selected festivities on December 9, 2009 to December 13, 2009. Grand Prize trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from the major United States airport in the 50 U.S. or D.C. nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s home, ground transportation, 4-nights hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) and a Sponsor-specified feature on www.realfanoftheyear.com (ARV: $14,000).

Finalist Prizes (7, 1 per month): A 4-day/3-night trip for two to Charlotte, North Carolina to attend the Event Race and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™, Bank of America 500 race on October 17, 2009 and attend the Grand Prize Event on October 16, 2009. Finalist Prize includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from the major United States airport nearest to Finalist’s home, ground transportation, 3-nights hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), two suite tickets to the Event Race and to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™, Bank of America 500 race on October 17, 2009, VIP tours, a meet and greet with Dale Earnhardt Jr. (subject to his availability) prior to the Event Race, a representation of Finalist’s face on the #88 JR Motorsports NASCAR Nationwide Series™ Car for the Event Race, a NASCAR® Officially Licensed Tissot watch and a VIP tour to the NASCAR Research and Design facilities in Charlotte, NC, a Sponsor-specified feature in a special full page ad in NASCAR Scene Publication and a Sponsor-specified feature on www.realfanoftheyear.com (ARV: $6,320).

Voter Prizes (7, 1 per month): $1,000 awarded in the form a check (ARV: $1,000 each).
