Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority or older in their jurisdiction of residence at time of entry.
Timing : “‘Get It Live’ with Calvin Klein Jeans X EMAs Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on September 17, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on October 11, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period
Prize (s):
The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: (a) a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to the “2010 European Music Awards” (the “Event”), currently contemplated to take place on or around November 7, 2010 in Madrid, Spain, but subject to change in Sponsors’ sole discretion. The trip for two (2) will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsors’ choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsors) to Madrid, Spain; (ii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations in Madrid, Spain for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) $640.00 to be used as spending money by the Grand Prize Winner; (iv) one (1) dinner for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest; (v) one (1) “Calvin Klein” shopping certificate in the amount of $380.00 for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest; (vi) round trip ground transportation (y) between airport and hotel in Madrid, Spain and (z) between hotel and Event and/or after party; (vii) VIP admission to the Event and (viii) VIP admission to the official Event after party (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,580.00
