Eligibility :The Get Closer to Your Food with Sunny Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older
Promotion Period : The Get Closer to Your Food with Sunny Sweepstakes will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2009 and end at 5:00 p.m. ET on November 16, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip for two (2) to the 2010 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival consisting of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare to Miami, FL from the major airport closest to winner’s home address; (ii) first class hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy; room rate and tax only) for three (3) days/two (2) nights; (iii) round-trip airport transfers in Miami; (iv) two (2) tickets to see Chef Sunny Anderson during a demo at the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival; (v) meet and greet with Chef Sunny Anderson; (vi) tickets for two (2) people to additional events at the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival (events to be determined by sponsor); and (vii) $4,000 spending money (for winner only). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of this Prize Package is $10,000.00.
