Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of any one of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.
Timing : Sweepstakes begins November 19, 2010 at 12:00 noon. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 5, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per Day during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) Arch Card Drawing entry per Day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
Prize (s):
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner, subject to verification, will be awarded a trip for winner and one (1) guest to New York City, NY for two (2) nights to attend the Flavor Battle Finals featuring the top three (3) DJs from the online Flavor Battle competition, currently scheduled to take place during January 2011, on dates to be determined by Sponsor (“Grand Prize”). Grand Prize trip consists solely of the following for use by winner and one (1) guest: round trip coach air travel from an airport near the winner’s residence in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or D.C. chosen in Sponsor’s sole discretion to New York City, NY; two (2) nights accommodations (one standard, double occupancy room); two (2) tickets to the Flavor Battle Finals event; ground transportation in New York between the airport and hotel upon arrival and departure and between the hotel and event venue to attend the Flavor Battle Finals; and $150 for incidentals for the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $2,000.
ARCH CARD PRIZES: Round I: Two Hundred Fifty (250) fifteen dollar ($15) Arch Cards will be awarded. Round II: Twenty-Five (25) fifty dollar ($50) Arch Cards will be awarded.
