Eligibility : The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older.
Timing : The FIJI Water Trip to Fiji Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion”) commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2011 (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2011.

Prize (s) :
Exactly one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received and awarded a Grand Prize consisting of: two (2) round-trip business class tickets on Air Pacific airlines from Los Angeles, CA to Nadi, Fiji Islands; two (2) round-trip seaplane transfers between Nadi and Turtle Island; eight (8) days, seven (7) nights all-inclusive accommodations for two (2) at Turtle Island resort in a Grand Tu Ga Bure beachfront villa which includes all meals, snacks and beverages, all water sports and activities offered by the resort, a 30-minute traditional massage per person, and complimentary laundry service. Exactly nine (9) First Prizes will be awarded. Nine (9) First Prize Winners will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received and awarded a First Prize (each, a “First Prize”). There are three different First Prize Packages. Nine (9) winners will be randomly assigned one (1) of the following three (3) trip packages:
First Prize 1:
One First Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day, two (2) night stay in an Ocean View Suite (Single Room, Double Occupancy) at the Georgian Hotel in Los Angeles, CA; a $1000 USD Gift Card that can be used for travel expenses; two (2) Georgian drink coupons per person per day; lunch on The Veranda for two (2) people per day; valet parking for one (1) vehicle per day; and a complimentary welcome gift in the room upon arrival. The approximate value of this First Prize is $2,500 USD.
First Prize 2:
One First Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day, two (2) night stay in a Classic King or Double Queen Guestroom (Single Room, Double Occupancy) at The Wit in Chicago, IL; a $1000 USD Gift Card that can be used for travel expenses; dinner for two (2) at Cibo Matto (up to $100 total); one massage per person at the Spa at the Wit. The approximate value of this First Prize is $2,000 USD.
First Prize 3:
One First Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day, two (2) night stay in an Ocean View Suite (Single Room, Double Occupancy) at the Gansevoort in Miami, FL; A $1000 USD Gift Card that can be used for travel expenses; dinner for two (2) at STK; a Spa Package for two (2) at David Barton Spa; and a complimentary welcome gift in room upon arrival. The approximate value of this First Prize is $2,650.
Winners will be randomly assigned one (1) of these three (3) prize packages.
A First Prize Winner must arrange travel at least 60 days in advance and winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Exact travel times are subject to availability. Additional travel restrictions may apply. All other expenses (including any applicable taxes) not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any travel expenses which exceed the value of the USD Gift Card are the sole responsibility of the Winners. The travel companion of a First Prize winner must be 21 years of age or older and must also sign a Liability and Publicity Release. A First Prize winner and his/her travel companion is responsible for securing valid passports and/or any additional required travel documents at their sole expense prior to travel.
Exactly Ten (10) Second Prizes will be awarded. Ten (10) Second Prize Winners will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received and awarded a Second Prize (each, a “Second Prize”) consisting of one (1) year of FIJI Water Home Delivery Service. The approximate value of this prize is $450 USD.
Exactly Ten (10) Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded. Ten (10) Runner Up Prize Winners will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received and awarded a Runner Up Prize (each a “Runner Up Prize”) consisting of one FIJI Water lifestyle gift bag. The approximate value of this prize is $130 USD.
