How To Enter : Visit sweepstakes.cmt.com, a website owned and controlled by Sponsor (the “Website”) and complete all required fields on the online entry form.
Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Entrants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry.
Timing : “Faster Horses Festival Flyaway Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00:01 PM Central Time (“CT”) on January 13, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (CT) on February 24, 2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per Online Entrant per day.
Prize (s) :
The Grand Prize Winner shall receive a flyaway trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to the Faster Horses Festival (the “Event”). The trip shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities’ choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities in its sole discretion) to a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities’ choice in or around Fort Lauderdale, FL, at Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to substitute ground transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within one hundred and fifty (150) miles of the Event; (ii) four (4) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sweepstakes Entities’ choice, in its sole discretion, in or around Fort Lauderdale, FL for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) two (2) three (3)-day passes to the Event; (iv) a Faster Horses Festival Merchandise Bundle; (v) an opportunity to attend a pre-show acoustic performance by Artist on Artist’s tour bus (subject to availability – restrictions and limitations may apply); and (vi) one (1) three hundred dollar ($300.00) gift card, which may be used to cover ground transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest to and from airport and hotel (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,550.00.
