How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, access Sweepstakes website at www.farouk.com (“Website”) and follow the onscreen instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form.
Eligibility : Open only to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of April 25, 2011, and who are permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein. Residents of the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes.
Timing : The Farouk Systems Celebrity Apprentice Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on April 25, 2011, at 12:00:01 A.M. ET and end on May 11, 2011 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded consisting of the following: one (1) trip to New York City, NY (“Trip”), for winner (“Winner”) and one (1) guest (“Guest”). Trip consists of: round-trip, coach-class air travel from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence to New York City, NY (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); accommodations for Winner and Guest (single room/double occupancy) for three (3) days/two (2) nights at a hotel in New York City, NY (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); two (2) tickets to attend the May 22, 2011 taping (“Taping”) of the season finale of the NBC television show Celebrity Apprentice (“Show”); ground transportation to and from New York area airport and hotel; and ground transportation to and from hotel and Taping.
