Eligibility :
DOLE Fruit Parfait Sweet Retreat Contest (the “Promotion”) consists of a contest (the “Contest”) and a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, and who did not purchase any equipment for purposes of entering the Promotion.
Timing :
The DOLE Fruit Parfait Sweet Retreat Contest begins on January 10, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on April 22, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”)
How to enter:
Contest: During the Submission Phase, visit www.dolesweetretreat.com (the “Website”) and follow the links and instructions to upload one (1) photo of a yourself in your favorite DOLE Parfait moment. Photos should fall into one of the following five (5) categories (each a “Category”): at home, at work, at play, with friends, and on-the-go.
Sweepstakes: During the Voting Phase, visit www.dolesweetretreat.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration, including a valid email address. Vote for the photo you believe is the best in each category and you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry per vote cast. If you place at least one (1) vote in each of the five categories during the Voting Phase, you will also receive ten (10) bonus Sweepstakes entries.
Limit:
Contest: Each entrant may submit one (1) photo per day per Category through any method or combination of methods of entry during the Submission Phase.
Sweepstakes: Each participant may cast up to five (5) votes per day during the Voting Phase.
For each referral of up to five (5) friends with valid email addresses, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes up to a total of five (5) additional entries per day during the Voting Phase.
