Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are thirteen (13) years of age or older as of the start of the Contest Period.
Promotion Period : The Design Lindsey Vonn’s Helmet Contest (“Contest”) will begin on November 23, 2009 at 12:30 AM ET and end on December 21, 2009 at 11:59 PM ET (“Contest Period”).

Prize (s):
Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner, consisting of the following: a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Vail, Colorado (“Trip”) and one (1) NBC Sports Vancouver 2010 Olympic Prize Pack containing Vancouver 2010 Olympic-themed merchandise selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion (“Prize Pack”). The Prize Pack may include such items as a pin, mouse pad, tumbler, duffel bag, blanket, knit cap, pen and journal. Sponsors will determine specifics of the Prize Pack, including but not limited to quantity, colors, and types of items in their sole discretion. The Prize Pack will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. The Trip includes: 1) round-trip coach class domestic air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to one of the major gateway airports nearest Vail, Colorado (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); 2) five (5) days/ four (4) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at Vail Resorts, c/o Vail Resorts Management Company; 3) round trip ground transportation between the airport and the hotel; 4) ski equipment rental for three (3) days for two (2) people; and 5) two (2) lift tickets. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize is three thousand one hundred ten dollars ($3110).
