How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes during the promotion period (begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on July 22, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on August 12, 2014), you must visit facebook.com/DanceMomsonLIFETIME and complete the Sweepstakes registration form located on the #UltimateNYCDanceWeekend tab on the Dance Moms fan page. Limited to one Entry per person during the Sweepstakes.
Eligibility : You must be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Prizes : One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:
- a trip for him/herself and one (1) guest (guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, or if the Winner is under the age of 21, the guest must be the parent or legal guardian of the Winner) (the “Guest”) to New York City (the “Trip Package”). Trip Package includes (i) round-trip domestic coach airfare for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest from the airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to New York City; (ii) luxury hotel accommodations for 2 nights/3 days (double occupancy) for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest; (iii) ground transportation to/from the airport and hotel; (iv) a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) American Express gift card for food and other incidentals; (v) a Five Hundred Dollar ($500) gift card to Capizo; and (vi) theater tickets and tours of New York City for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest. The total Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is Seven Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($7,400).
