How To Enter : Access the Sweepstakes on the World Wide Web at http://sightsunseen.usanetwork.com (the “Website”) to reach the Sweepstakes registration page.
Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (hereinafter referred to as a “Participant” or collectively as “Participants”).
Timing : Covert Affairs “When in Rome” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on July 16, 2013, at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on September 30, 2013, at11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”)
Limit : A Participant may enter only one (1) time per week during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
One (1) prize (“Prize”) will be awarded to the Winner. The Prize will consist of a four (4)-day, three (3)-night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Travel Companion”) to the Rome, Italy area (the “Trip”). Trip will include round-trip coach-class air transportation for Winner and Travel Companion from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (to be determined by Sponsor and/or Administering Agency at their sole discretion) in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. or the District of Columbia to the destination-city-area airport (Winner and Travel Companion must travel on the same itinerary and final determination of the departure airport, destination airport, air carrier used and flight times is at the sole discretion of the Administering Agency); hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (one room, double occupancy, room rate and room taxes only) at a hotel determined by the Sponsor and/or Administering Agency at their sole discretion); round-trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in the selected destination-city area; daily breakfast for two (2) at the selected hotel; Rome hop-on, hop-off sightseeing tour for two (2); Skip the Line: Vatican Museums Walking Tour, including the Sistine Chapel, Raphael’s Room and St. Peter’s Basilica, for two (2); dinner for two (2) at an area restaurant (not to exceed 150 euros); and five hundred dollars (US$500) spending money (for Winner only). The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Prize will not exceed seven thousand, three hundred and fifty dollars ($7,350).
