Eligibility : To enter the Comcast Degrassi In New York City Sweepstakes you must be (i) a legal resident of the Territory, (ii) between the ages of 14 and 24 years of age at the time of entry, and (iv) physically located in the Territory at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Comcast Degrassi In New York City Sweepstakes begins at 12:00.01 a.m. (Eastern Time [“ET”]) on September 28, 2009 and ends at 11:59.59 p.m. (ET) on October 16, 2009.

Grand Prize (3): Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for three (3) for the Grand Prize Winner and two (2) guests (the “Guests”) to New York, NY. Travel dates contemplated for November 13th – 15th, 2009 and are subject to change, in Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion. The trip will include (i) roundtrip coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and the Guests which shall originate from a major U.S. airport of Sweepstakes Entities’ choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s Sweepstakes Market (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities in its sole discretion) to New York, NY; (ii) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guests (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in New York, NY; (iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in New York, NY (triple occupancy), meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included; (iv) opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and Guests to meet members of the Degrassi cast subject to cast availability and production schedule; (v) a one – on – one fashion consultation for Grand Prize Winner and Guests with a TeenNick stylist; (vi) two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) spending money each for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest ($500 total); and (vii) souvenirs from TeenNick (autographed cast photos and souvenir bag) for Grand Prize Winner and Guests. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $4,000.00, depending on time of travel and departure.
