How To Enter : Simply complete all required fields on the online entry form available at http://www.cmt.com/community/sweepstakes/2014/dustin-lynch/ during the promotion period, click the “Submit” button and receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) entry per day and all entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (CT) on October 14, 2014.
Eligibility : There are two (2) conditions to be eligible to enter. Entrants must be :
- at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry;
- legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Prizes : One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win a trip for two (2) on a private jet flight with Dustin Lynch from Nashville, TN to the destination choice of the Grand Prize Winner (anywhere in the continental United States).
The trip consist of the following:
- (a) two (2) one-way coach class airfare tickets, which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence, to a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities choice in or around Nashville, TN;
- (b) one (1) night hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at the Omni Hotel in Nashville, TN, which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy;
- (c) dinner for two (2) at the Palm Restaurant in Nashville, TN;
- (d) a private jet flight for Grand Prize Winner and Guest with Dustin Lynch from Nashville, TN, to a destination of Grand Prize Winner’s choice anywhere in the continental United States;
- (e) two (2) nights hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest in or around the city of Grand Prize Winner’s choice of destination, which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy);
- (f) elite transportation services when accompanied by Dustin Lynch in or around the city of Grand Prize Winner’s choice of destination;
- (g) one hundred dollar ($100.00) allowance for travel expenses;
- (h) two (2) one-way coach class airfare tickets, which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport in or around the city of Grand Prize Winner’s choice of destination, to a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence.
Total ARV of all prizes is $4,950.00
