How To Enter : Visit sweepstakes.cmt.com, a website owned and controlled by Sponsor (the “Website”) and complete all required fields on the online entry form.
Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.
Timing : The “CMT Week of Country” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 4:00:01 PM Central Time (“CT”) on April 10, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (CT) on May 8, 2013 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per Online Entrant per day.
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner shall receive a flyaway trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Nashville, TN (the “Event”) June 4, 2013 through June 10, 2013.
The trip shalll consist of the following:
(i) Roundtrip domestic coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities in its sole discretion) to Nashville, TN, at Sweepstakes Entities sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Nashville, TN, then Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for the transportation of Grand Prize Winner and Guest, to and from Nashville, TN, as air transportation will not be provided. In the instance where ground transportation is utilized in lieu of air transportation, Sweepstakes Entities, in its sole discretion, may provide a gas allowance in lieu of the roundtrip airfare; (ii) Six (6) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sweepstakes Entities choice, in its sole discretion, for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) Two (2) tickets to the CMA Music Festival; (iv) Two (2) tickets to the CMA Music Festival Fan Social; (v) Two (2) tickets to the Grand Ole Opry; (vi) Two (2) tickets to the 2013 CMT Music Awards show; (vii) Ground transportation to and from airport; (viii) Ground transportation to and from 2013 CMT Music Awards show; and (ix) One (1) CMT gift bag (collectively, the “Grand Prize”).
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,990.00.
