Eligibility : Capture The Flagship Experience Sweepstakes open to individuals legally residing in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : Capture The Flagship Experience Sweepstakes begins at 11:59 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on April 30, 2009, and ends at 11:59 a.m. EDT on June 29, 2009
How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, you will receive:
- One (1) entry when you complete and submit an entry form online at www.aa.com/flagship. Your first and last name, email address and telephone number must be included on all registration forms. You may register up to ten (10) times via this method of entry or up to nine (9) times when combined with forwarding to a friend as described in a(ii) below;
- You receive one (1) additional entry by forwarding the sweepstakes information to up to four (4) other individuals who would otherwise be eligible to enter the sweepstakes from www.aa.com/flagship. You may return to the site and refer additional friends, but you will not receive additional entries for those referrals.
Limit : Limit ten (10) total entries per person via one email address
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of two (2) Roundtrip Business Class Travel Authorization Certificates (each a “Travel Certificate”) on American Airlines or its Airline Associates (American Eagle Airlines, Inc., Executive Airlines, Inc. or the AmericanConnection® carrier) from any city served by American Airlines or their Airline Associates in the 48 contiguous United States to any city in Europe, Asia or Latin America served by American Airlines or their Airline Associates. Grand Prize winner will also receive an HD video camera. Approximate retail value for Grand Prize is $9,900.00.
Twenty-one (21) First Prizes will be awarded in the following manner:
- Seven (7) First Prize winners will each receive a one (1) year Admirals Club® membership. ARV for each membership: $500.00. Membership is valid for one year from the date it is issued.
- Seven (7) First Prize winners will each receive fifty-thousand (50,000) AAdvantage® miles from American Airlines. ARV for each fifty-thousand (50,000) AAdvantage mile prize: $1250.00. AAdvantage miles will be credited to the AAdvantage account of each First Place prize winner of one of the fifty-thousand (50,000) AAdvantage miles. Winner must provide a valid AAdvantage membership number in order to receive the mileage credit. First Prize Sweepstakes participants who are not AAdvantage members may join at no cost online at www.aa.com/aadvantage or by calling the AAdvantage membership desk at 1-800-882-8880. The credited miles may thereafter be redeemed.
- Seven (7) First Prize winners will receive one (1) Bose® QuietComfort 3 Noise Cancelling® headphones. ARV of each headset: $300.00.
