How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, access the Sweepstakes Web Site at www.canadaseasontotaste.com (“Web Site”), click on the Sweepstakes icon or text link, either of which will take you to the Sweepstakes home page and entry form.
Eligibility : Open only to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of September 20, 2010, and who are permanent, legal U.S. residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein. Residents of the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes.
Timing : The “Canada. Season to Taste” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on September 20, 2010, at 12:00:01 A.M. ET and end on November 14, 2010 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Regardless of method of entry, you may only submit one (1) Entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded. Winner will select one (1) trip from among the following three (3) choices (subject to Sponsors’ approval) to be shared by winner (“Winner”) and one (1) guest (“Guest”):

Trip #2: Whistler Ski Trip: A five (5) night trip to be shared by Winner and Guest to Whistler, British Columbia, Canada (“Whistler Ski Trip”). Whistler Ski Trip includes coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion to an airport near Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion; round trip ground transportation between Vancouver area airport and Whistler, British Columbia, Canada; five (5) nights hotel accommodations in a one-bedroom Olympic Suite at the Nita Lake Lodge; two (2) 3-day lift tickets for Whistler Blackcomb Mountains including access to the new Peak 2 Peak gondola; two (2) 1-day Fresh Track tickets including early access to Whistler Mountain and a mountain top breakfast buffet; one (1) one hundred fifty dollar ($150) dinner certificate at a Whistler, British Columbia, Canada area restaurant (actual restaurant to be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion); one (1) two hundred dollar ($200) spa certificate (actual spa location and list of available spa services to be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion); a horse drawn sleigh ride and fondue dinner for two (2); and Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following three (3) activities: (i) a snowshoe or cross country ski tour at Whistler Olympic Park, (ii) a zip lining tour, or (iii) a dog sledding adventure tour (Winner’s choice of activity is subject to availability and approval of Prize Supplier).
