Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
Timing : The Burn Notice On the Set Sweepstakes will begin on June 14th at 12:00 PM (noon) ET and end on August 31, 2012 12:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : You may enter once (1) a day during the Sweepstakes Period for a maximum total of seventy-nine (79) days of the Sweepstakes.
Prize (s) :
There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to Winner. Prize will consist of an opportunity for Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) to visit the set of Burn Notice (“Set Visit”) in or near Miami (“Trip”). Trip will consist of the following: round-trip, commercial-coach class airfare for Winner and Guest from a major U.S. airport in or near Winner’s residence to a major U.S. airport in or near Miami, Florida (“FL Airport”) (subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion); hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for two nights at the W South Beach, located at 2201 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139 or in a comparable hotel located in or near Miami, FL (“Hotel”) (subject to availability and Sponsors’ sole discretion); daily breakfast for Winner and Guest at Hotel; dinner for Winner and Guest at the Mr. Chow, located at 2201 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139 (alcohol not included); a rental car for duration of Trip; five hundred dollars ($500) spending money for Winner in the form of a check made payable to Winner or in another form subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion; and private transportation for Winner and Guest from Hotel to Set Visit. Prize must be redeemed before August 31, 2013 at 11:59 PM or Prize will be forfeited.
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of prize is six thousand eight hundred and fifty dollars ($6,850).
