Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada who are between the ages of 6 – 18 years old as of the date of entry.
Timing : The Build-A-Bear Workshop® “Ultimate Hollywood Build-A-Party®” Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 15, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 5, 2012 (“Promotion Period”).
Limit : There is a limit of one entry per person, per day for each of the two (2) entry methods.
Prize (s) :
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: a 4 day/3 night trip to Los Angeles for the winner (who must be between the ages of 6 – 18 as of the time of entry) and five friends (who must be between the ages of 6 – 18 as of the date of travel) to participate in an Ultimate Hollywood Build-A-Party experience at one of the Build-A-Bear Workshop stores in Los Angeles, CA (selected by Sponsor) and an opportunity to meet Victoria Justice at a filming of an upcoming Build-A-Bear Workshop commercial shoot in Los Angeles, CA. Winner and guest will each be allowed one (1) parent/legal guardian travel companion. Total maximum travelers will be twelve (12): six children between the ages of 6 – 18 and six adults who must be a parent/legal guardian for child.
Trip will include round-trip coach class airfare for up to twelve (12) people (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”): $10,000), ground transportation in Los Angeles to include transportation to/from Los Angeles airport/hotel; to/from hotel/Build-A-Bear Workshop store for the party experience and to/from hotel/Build-A-Bear Workshop commercial shoot location (ERV: $1,000), six (6) double occupancy standard hotel room accommodations at a Sponsor-selected hotel (ERV: $4,000), BABW party experience (ERV: $300), and $1,000 spending money for winner only (Value: $1,000).
