Eligibility : Contest is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are age 21 or older and have a valid U.S. passport and a mobile phone (with photo and/or video capability) at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.
Timing : Behind the Tan Lines Contest (“Contest”) begins at 3:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 8/5/10 and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on 9/6/10 (“Contest Entry Period”).
Limit : One Entry per person or email address regardless if Contestant has more than one email address or if more than one person uses the same email address.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize consisting of three (3) trips (ARV: $17,000) and two (2) HTC Smartphones (i.e. HTC EVO™ 4G Droid Incredible by HTC or your choice) for you and your guest (ARV: $650 each). Winner will also receive a check in the amount of $10,000 to offset his/her tax liability. Check will be awarded after winner travels on all trips. Maximum ARV of Grand Prize: $28,300.00.
Four (4) Primary Prizes: A HTC EVO™ 4G Droid Incredible by HTC or your choice of mobile phone featuring the SI sports application (ARV: $650.00 each) plus $400.00 which will be awarded in the form of a check. ARV of each Primary Prize is: $1,050.00.
Twenty-five (25) Secondary Prizes: A HTC EVO 4G™ Droid Incredible by HTC or your choice of mobile phone featuring the SI sports application (ARV: $650.00) and an SI Swimsuit prize pack (ARV: $75.00). ARV of each Secondary prize is: $725.00
Grand Prize Winner must accept travel portion of prize in its entirety or forfeit all rights to prize, including the $10,000. Winner and guest must be available to travel on dates specified by the Sponsor or forfeit all rights to the prize without compensation of any kind. Trip #1: 6 days/5 nights trip for two (2) to attend the 2011 SI Swimsuit photo shoot (“Event in a country as determined solely by the Sponsor (ARV: $12,000.00). Travel dates are scheduled for November 2010 and will be announced to the Grand Prize winner at a later date. Trip #2: 2 day/1 night trip for two (2) to New York City to attend the 2011 SI Swimsuit Launch Party Red Carpet (“Event”) tentatively scheduled to take place on February 15, 2011 – February 16, 2011 (ARV: $1,400.00). Trip #3: 3 day/2 night trip for two (2) to Las Vegas to receive red carpet access at the 2011 SI Swimsuit On Location and SI Swimsuit Club CI Launch Parties (“Event”) tentatively scheduled to take place on February 16, 2011 – February 18, 2011 (ARV: $3,000.00). Trip #1 details: Includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence (as determined by Sponsors) to a country of Sponsor’s choice, double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for five (5) nights (one (1) room, room and tax only), inside access to photo shoot and select meals. Trip #2 details: Includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence (as determined by Sponsors) to New York City (or ground transportation if Grand Prize winner resides within a 100 mile radius of New York City), double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for one night (one (1) room, room and tax only), tickets for winner and guest to attend Event and inside access to the SI Swimsuit red carpet. Trip #3 details: Coach air transportation for two (2) from New York City to Las Vegas and coach airfare from Las Vegas to airport nearest to winner’s primary residence, double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two nights (one (1) room, room and tax only), two tickets for winner and guest to attend Event, inside access to the SI Swimsuit carpet an the opportunity to attend daily event with SI Swimsuit models.
