Eligibility : The Beaches Resorts Week Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. and D.C., who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of March 22, 2010.
Promotion Period : The Beaches Resorts Week Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 22, 2010 and ends at 2:59:59 p.m. PT on March 27, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”)

Ten (10) Daily Sweepstakes Prizes (two (2) daily sweepstakes prizes for each of the five (5) daily sweepstakes) of: a trip for daily sweepstakes prize winner and up to three (3) guest (each referred to as a “Guest”) to the Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa. Prize consists of: round-trip coach-class air transportation from a major airport gateway (designated by Sponsor at its sole discretion) near daily sweepstakes prize winner’s residence in the 50 states of the U.S. or D.C. to Providenciales, Turks & Caicos (winner is responsible for all transportation to/from the designated airport of departure and air transportation may include one or more stops); accommodations at the Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa for six (6) nights (one (1) Family Suite at the Italian Village); and airport transfer to/from designated airport of arrival and Beaches Resorts location in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each daily sweepstakes prize is: $8,000 U.S.

Winners’ information may be posted online. To change/update your Entry information, legibly handprint your new Entry information on a standard sized postcard (no larger than 5” x 7”), enclose it in a postage-paid business size envelope (#10), and mail it (with proper postage affixed) to: Beaches Resorts Week Sweepstakes “Entry Information Change”, P.O.
