Eligibility :
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 18 or older as of the commencement of the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Employees of Sponsor, Gish Sherwood & Friends (“Agency”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retail owners and their respective employees, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on August 10, 2008, and ends at 11:59 PM CDT on October 31, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
How to enter:
To enter, complete and submit the online Entry Form during the sweepstakes period that begins at 12:01 AM (Eastern Time) on August 10, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on October 31, 2008, and upload either a photo or a 25-word description showing your “Favorite Family Outdoor Adventure.” Sweepstakes entry limited to one entry per household and email address. Entry must include a 25-word description, a photo of 1MB or less, or both. Entries containing any reference to alcohol or nudity, or which appear to be inappropriate, indecent or obscene, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will be judged ineligible. All submissions become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor shall have the right to edit, adapt, and publish any photos and/or descriptions submitted, and may use them in any media without attribution or compensation to the contestant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity. Submission of an entry constitutes entrant’s irrevocable assignment, conveyance, and transfer to Sponsor of all rights, title, and interest in the entry, including, without limitation, all copyrights. Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs will cause disqualification. In addition, by entering, entrants represent and warrant that the entries they submit are 1) Their own creations; 2) Do not infringe on any other person’s or entity’s rights; and 3) Have not been submitted previously in a contest or sweepstakes of any kind. Entrant also represents and warrants that s/he has obtained permission from all person(s), who appear in the photograph submitted by the entrant, to submit a photograph of that person in connection with this Sweepstakes.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: a 6 day/5 night trip for two to Maine, including two round trip tickets – coach air transportation from the commercial airport closest to the winner’s home; five nights accommodations at The Bradley Inn, and one guided ocean tour by Dr. Stephen Kress of Project Puffin. All travelers must possess valid travel documents (e.g., valid photo I.D.) prior to departure.
