Eligibility : The Bake Your Own Cupcake Wine Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Bake Your Own Cupcake Wine Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/1/09 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/09 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):
Grand Prize (1 winner): 3-day/2-night trip for the winner and one guest to Monterey, California to visit the Cupcake Vineyard. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Monterey, CA from an airport near winner’s home; 2-night hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsor’s choice; round-trip ground transportation between Monterey airport and hotel; round-trip ground transportation between hotel and restaurant; blending session and dinner with Adam Richardson, Cupcake Vineyards’ Director of Winemaking, at local Monterey, CA restaurant (TBD by Sponsor); and $500 spending money for winner. At winner’s discretion, the Grand Prize as stated above may be substituted with the Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize.
