Eligibility : A|X Solar Style Create Your Own A/X Sunglass Ad Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any products, services or equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest.
Promotion Period : The A|X Solar Style Create Your Own A/X Sunglass Ad Contest begins on August 25, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on November 27, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”) and consists of three (3) phases as set forth in the chart below.

Limit : Each entrant may submit up to five (5) Submissions during the Submission Phase.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for two (2) to Miami, FL. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Miami, FL; three (3) nights accommodations at hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); an A|X Armani Exchange shopping spree with a celebrity stylist (stylist determined by Sponsor its sole discretion)—shopping spree will be awarded as a [Insert value] gift card (terms and conditions apply); two (2) passes to the A|X music lounge; and two (2) tickets to the Friday and Saturday night events of the Miami Winter Music Conference in March of 2010.
