How To Enter : During the Promotion Period (begins on July 14, 2014 at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on July 27, 2014 at 11:59:59 PM ET), Entrants must visit makeasplash.flavorsplash.com and enter their valid e-mail address. Entrants must follow the on-screen instructions to register, which includes without limitation providing all information requested on the registration form, including first and complete last name (no initials), street address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, date of birth, and agreement to the Official Rules. After registering, an Entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) set of ten (10) Bonus Entries per person, per email account throughout the Promotion Period.
To enter the Contest, the Entrant must submit a video of up to sixty (60) seconds (the “Video”) showing how the Entrant could “make a splash” in the dance world. The Entrant must enter a title for the Video. The Entrant must upload the Video. An Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Contest for a Submission received, during the Promotion Period.
An Entrant may only enter the Contest once during the Promotion Period.

Contest Grand Prize (1): The Contest Grand Prize winner will spend three (3) days/two (2) night in Los Angeles, California, arriving August 22, 2014 and leaving on August 25, 2014. Trip includes roundtrip coach class airfare for up to two (2) people between the major commercial airport closest to Contest Grand Prize winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and an airport in the Los Angeles area as selected by Sponsor; two (2) days/one (1) night hotel accommodations at a hotel as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and a town car ride between the hotel and the airport. If the Contest Grand Prize winner lives within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Los Angeles area, Sponsor will provide the Grand Prize winner with Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for travel expenses in lieu of airfare and Sponsor will not be responsible for any travel expenses. The Contest Grand Prize winner will have a two (2) day experience at The Forum in Inglewood, California, which includes, subject to availability, an opportunity to meet with dancers or choreographers, discuss with the dancers and/or choreographers the creative vision and process in which dance plays a part in a performance, learn dance moves and techniques, receive a special tour of the dancers’ rooms backstage, attend a dance rehearsal with MTV News the night before MTV Video Music Awards, and two (2) tickets to attend the MTV Video Music Awards on August 24, 2014. The ARV of the Contest Grand Prize is $3,500.
Sweepstakes Prize (750): Seven Hundred Fifty (750) Sweepstakes Prize winners will each receive one (1) Aquafina FlavorSplash coupon. The ARV of each Sweepstakes Prize is $1.49.
