Eligibility :
Allstate $1,000,000 SEC Championship Challenge is open to legal residents of AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, SC and TN only, who
are legal United States citizens age 18 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license

Timing :
Allstate $1,000,000 SEC Championship Challenge registration is scheduled to begin at 12:00:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 2/11/09and end at 11:59:59pm ET on 2/28/09 (the “Registration Period”).

How to enter:
Enter via on-line entry by visiting www.AllstateSECGiveaway.com or visit any participating
radio station website home page and click the contest banner to link to the registration page during the
“Registration Period”. Each entrant must fully complete the registration page with all required information
including his/her name, complete address (including City, State and Zip Code), valid email address, birth
date, and phone number(s) (including area code(s)). After having read and agreed to these Official Rules,
click the submit button to submit your on-line entry.

Limit:
Maximum of one (1) on-lineentry per person and per valid email address per day.

Prize (s):

The grand prize winner will receive a trip for
two (2) (finalist and one (1) guest) to the 2009 SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament Championship game in Tampa, FL with an approximate retail value not to exceed $1,250. The trip includes:
– Round trip coach class airfare for two (winner and guest) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s
home as designated by sponsor to Tampa, FL. Actual departure date, times and airline based upon
availability and will be solely determined by sponsor.
– Two (2)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at hotel designated by Sponsor arriving
3/14/09 and departing 3/16/09.
– Two (2) tickets to the 2009 SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament Championship game.
– Chance to participate in the Final Score Prediction Challenge Contest (see below) for an opportunity to win
a prize award of $1,000,000 40-year annuity, if the submitted Final Score Prediction is exactly correct for
both teams playing in the 2009 SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament Championship game on 3/15/09. Final
Score Prediction grand prize, if awarded, will be payable in the form of $25,000 cash installments in 40-
equal annual payments without interest. The first payment, if awarded, will be received within
approximately 30-days from approval and verification of compliance with the Final Score Prediction
requirements outlined below. Each annual payment, if any, will then be received on or about the
approximate anniversary date of the first installment.

Total ARV of all prizes:
Maximum retail value of all available prizes: $426,250, based in part upon the approximate current cash value of the $1,000,00040-year annuity portion of the grand prize.
