Eligibility :
Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the contiguous United States (the “Territory”) and are 21 years or older as of the beginning of the Promotion Period (each an “Entrant”). Limit one entry Entrant, per e-mail address. Multiple entries submitted by an Entrant, or any effort by an Entrant to misrepresent himself or herself through the use of aliases or multiple e-mail addresses will disqualify all entries of that Entrant. Entries (as defined below) generated by a script, macro or other automated means are void. Entrants who disregard these Official Rules are ineligible to win. Officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives and agents of Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (“Sirius” or “Sponsor”), Sony Electronics Inc. (“Prize Providers”) and each of their respective immediate families and household members are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
Timing :
2008 Soft Sheen-Carson ‘Hoodie Awards’ Sweepstakes (“the Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 1, 2008 (the “Entry Period”).
How to enter:
Two methods of entry: online and in-store mail-in at participating retailers.
Method #1: To enter online, visit www.softsheen-carson.com and complete and submit the online entry form by following all online entry instructions. Free Internet Access is available at many public libraries.
Method #2: To enter via in-store mail-in, please obtain a paper entry form at participating retailers and mail the completed entry form to: 2008 Soft Sheen-Carson ‘Hoodie Awards’ Sweepstakes, PO Box 1878, Elgin, IL. 60121-1878. Instore mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 1, 2008 and received by August 8, 2008. One entry per person allowed, regardless of the method of entry. All entries become the sole property of Soft Sheen-Carson, Consumer Products Division of L’Oreal USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and none will be returned.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize: Five (5) grand prize winners will be randomly selected from among the total combined online and mailed-in entry forms . Each Grand prize consists of: A 3-day/2- night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend the 6th Annual Hoodie Awards. Prize includes two (2) tickets to the Tailgate Party on September 19,
2008; two (2) tickets to the Hoodie Awards on September 20, 2008; roundtrip coachclass air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near the winner’s home (to be determined solely by Sponsor) to Las Vegas, Nevada, 3 days/2 nights standard hotel accommodations at the Orleans Hotel for one (1) double-occupancy hotel room, and a complimentary Soft Sheen-Carson gift bag. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $2,500.00.
