The 1-800-FLOWERS.COM Spotlight a Mom Contest is open only to legal residents (including APO/FPO addresses) of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico), who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Limit thirty (30) entries per person, but each entry must include a unique essay and must be the sole, original work of the entrant (and if a photograph is included, it must be unique also for each entry).
Prize (s):
