Eligibility :
SIRIUS Satellite Radio – Elvis Radio/Gretchen Wilson Graceland VIP Tour Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the “Territory”) and are 18 years or older as of the beginning of the Promotion Period (as defined below). Limit one entry per person, per e-mail address. Multiple entries submitted by an Entrant, or any effort by an Entrant to misrepresent himself or herself through the use of aliases or multiple e-mail addresses will disqualify all entries of that Entrant. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are void. Entrants who disregard these Official Rules are ineligible to win. Officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives and agents of Sirius XM Radio Inc. (“Sirius”), Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc., Sony BMG Music Entertainment and each of their respective immediate families and household members are not eligible to enter this Promotion.

The Elvis Radio/Gretchen Wilson Graceland VIP Tour Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) begins at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 11, 2008 and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on September 26, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
To enter this Promotion, go to the www.sirius.com/elvisradio (the “Promotion Website”), complete the online entry form and click “submit” by the end of the Promotion Period (“Entries”). All Entries become the property of Sirius and will not be returned or acknowledged. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.

Prize (s):
One (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) will be awarded (the “Winner”) determined in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about September 26, 2008. The Grand Prize will include a trip for Grand Prize Winner and a guest to receive a VIP tour of Graceland with Gretchen Wilson, in Memphis, TN (the “Event”) and includes (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to Memphis, TN from a major commercial airport in the continental United States near the winner’s primary residence (as determined by Sirius); (b) three (3) nights tourist-class hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); (c) $150 in car rental vouchers; (d) two (2) VIP passes to tour Graceland in Memphis, TN; (e) two (2) passes to Sun Studio, Elvis’ first recording studio; (f) two (2) passes to Rock & Soul Museum; (g) two (2) passes to STAX Museum of American Soul Music; (h) one restaurant meal for two (2) at EP Delta Kitchen; (i) one (1) Sportster 5 satellite receiver (Model #: SP5TK1-DOW); and (j) a six (6) month subscription to SIRIUS XM Radio.
