Heinz “Ketchup if You Can” Instant Win Game (the “Game”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Heinz Company LP (“Sponsor”), Six Flags Theme Parks Inc. and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, agents, distributors, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of Game materials, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and the respective household members, are not eligible to participate. Game is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. U.S. law governs this Game. Games void in APO/FPOs, Puerto Rico & where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules or interferes with this Game in any manner. If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that participant’s eligibility to participate in the Game. Game starts at 12:00:01 am ET on 5/15/2008, and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 11/02/08 (the “Game Period”).
How to Enter :
Visit the Web site, www.heinzthrills.com, complete the online registration form, and follow the instructions to play the “Ketchup if you Can” Instant Win Game. All entrants must have a valid email address. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed.
Limit:
You may play the Game one (1) time each day during the Game Period. For purposes of this Game, a “day” begins at 12:00:00 am ET and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET.
