You are eligible to participate only if you are a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Sweepstakes Entry Period
This sweepstakes started on Thursday, January 1st, 2015 and will conclude at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on Sunday, March 15th, 2015.
How To Enter
There are two (2) ways to participate into the Project Pet Slim Down Sweepstakes, as detailed below:
- Via mobile device: Send a text message including the word “SLIMDOWN” to 45384. You will receive a reply text message including a link to the Sweepstakes website. Follow the link and register by completing and submitting all the requested information to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
- Via computer: Complete the registration form, available online at petslimdownpromo.com, in its entirely and submit to be entered into the sweepstakes.
Limit: There’s a limit of one (1) entry per person/phone number/email address during the entire sweepstakes entry period.

A total of 350 winners will each receive a Jawbone Up Fitness Tracker valued at $49.99.
