How To Enter : You can enter the Sweepstakes online during the Promotion Period , by logging on to http://www.giro.com/xarhelmet and submitting an entry
Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions, and excluding where otherwise prohibited by law, rule or regulation) and residents of Canada, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, France, Latvia, Slovak Republic and Sweden, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and who speak English.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am Eastern Time on January 10, 2011 and ends at 11:59 pm Eastern Time on February 28, 2011 (the “Promotion Period”).
Limit : No limit to the number of entries.
Prize (s) :
There will be six (6) Primary Prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes (each Primary Prize referred to as a “Primary Prize” and may also be referred to as a “Prize” in these rules.) Each of the Primary Prize will consist of (1) Giro Xar Helmet. Each Prize Winner will select the helmet size from(S, M, L) and helmet color (Black with cyan and lime lines, matte black with grey bars, matte metallic brown with orange bars, matte neon green with titanium bars, matte white with grey bars, metallic orange with blue and yellow lines). Prize Winners will be selected on January 31, 2011. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period. The approximate retail value of each Primary Prize is US$130.
