Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the states of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Kentucky who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Directors, officers, and employees, of Sponsor, Fox Cable Network Services, LLC, Fox Entertainment Group, Dodge Dealer Association Division of Daimler Chrysler Motors Company, BBDO Atlanta, Southeastern Dodge Dealer Association, and The News Corporation, Inc. and each of their respective parents, affiliated, or subsidiary companies, advertising, promotion, production services, fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, web masters and web suppliers (each a “Promotion Entity” and collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members [children, spouse, parents, siblings] and individuals residing in their same household, whether or not related are not eligible to enter or win. The “Dodge Grab Life Win Las Vegas” Sweepstakes begins on June 22, 2008, and ends on July 26, 2008 .

To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.GrabLifeWin.com (the “Website”); follow the links and instructions to the registration page. To be eligible, each entrant must submit all of the requested information, which include without limitation the entrant’s full name, complete address (including city, state and zip code), telephone number (including area code), e-mail address and date of birth. There is no limit on the number of entries. Enter as often as you like during the Sweepstakes Period. Prize (s):
One (1) Prize Package will be awarded. The Prize Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) people originating from the major airport nearest the prize winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada; (ii) one (1) hotel accommodation (based upon double occupancy) for three (3) nights stay, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, (iii) admission for two (2) to a show on the Las Vegas strip, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, (iv) a round of golf for two (2) at a golf resort to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and (v) Five Hundred Dollars ($500) cash.
