How To Enter : Visit http://www.nhl.com/mygoal (the “Sweeps Site”) during the Promotion Period and click on “Upload Your Goal” to submit your Entry by (a) entering your name, email address and other requested information and (b) uploading a photo or video of your choice depicting or stating your “goal” for 2014 which may be about yourself, your family or your favorite NHL team. Photos must be in PNG, JPG or GIF format and have a maximum file size of 30MB; and videos must be in one of the following formats – 3GP, AAC, AVI, FLV, MP4 and MPEG-2 – and have a maximum file size of 300MB.
Eligibility : NHL® My Goal Sweepstakes (hereafter, “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Timing : Sweepstakes begins 6:00 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 13, 2013 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on January 5, 2014 (hereafter, “Promotion Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person for the duration of the Promotion Period regardless of the method of entering (you may not therefore enter more than once).
Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize shall be awarded to the confirmed winner, consisting of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for such winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada from June 23-25, 2014 for the opportunity to attend the 2014 NHL® Awards Show (the “Awards Show”) currently scheduled to take place on June 24, 2014.
