Eligibility :
To enter the sweepstakes you must be a permanent, legal resident of the United States of America and be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of June 1, 2008. Void where prohibited by law.
Timing :
Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am Pacific Time (PT) on June 1, 2008, and ends at 11:59 pm Pacific Time (PT) on July 7, 2008.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded for the entire Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) trip for two (2) people to Chicago, IL to attend Lollapalooza 2008. Trip is four (4) days and three (3) nights, departing on Friday, August 1, 2008 and returning on Monday, August 4, 2008. Winner must be available to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with these official rules. In connection with the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner will receive the following: roundtrip coach class airfare for Grand Prize winner and their guest on an airline selected by Sponsor, from the major commercial airport (with regularly scheduled international passenger flights) nearest winner’s primary residence to the major commercial airport (with regularly scheduled international passenger flights) in Chicago, IL; three (3) nights hotel accommodations in Chicago, IL at a hotel selected by Sponsor (one (1) room only, double occupancy, room and tax only); and two (2) VIP tickets to attend Lollapalooza 2008 in Grant Park in Chicago, IL. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for the entire Grand Prize is US$4,000.00
