How To Enter : Visit nick.com/CHEF (enabled for desktop and mobile entry) (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and complete a registration form as directed online. Completed entry form must be submitted in accordance with the online directions during the Entry Period.
Eligibility : Big Time Rush Hometown Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are between 8 and 17 years of age at the time of entry (“Participant”).
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on June 17, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on September 29, 2013 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)
Limit : Limit one entry per Day per person/household and/or email address.
Prize (s) :
Weekly (15): Eight (8) winners will be drawn for each Weekly Sweepstakes. Each Official Winner will receive a Big Time Rush (“BTR”) prize package (consisting of BTR branded merchandise as determined by Sponsor) and have their first name, last name initial and state of residence featured on the custom digital destination site. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $100.00.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a visit from the musical performing group known as Big Time Rush to Grand Prize Winner’s hometown (subject to default, disability or force majeure) and a performance by BTR for Grand Prize Winner and up to ninety-nine (99) guests (including Grand Prize Winner’s Parent) to take place at a location of Sponsor’s determination in proximity to Grand Prize Winner’s residence (the “Event”). The Grand Prize must be awarded and the Event must take place prior to December 31, 2013; final date for the Event is at Sponsor’s discretion. Grand Prize winner must be accompanied to the Event by his/her Parent. In addition Grand Prize Winner will be provided (i) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Parent to/from the Event, (ii) one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars in spending money for Grand Prize Winner only; and (iii) one (1) BTR prize package (consisting of BTR branded merchandise as determined by Sponsor) for Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her ninety-nine (99) guests. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $2,000.00
