Eligibility :
I Don’t Want to Miss PSA Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) and not older than nineteen (19) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any special equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest
Timing :
The I Don’t Want to Miss PSA Contest begins on February 4, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on April 10, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”)
How to enter:
During the Submission Phase, visit http://www2.schooltube.com/Contests/IDontWanttoMiss.aspx, register on SchoolTube.com and agree to the SchoolTube terms and conditions. Then, complete and submit the Contest registration form including the requested information about your school. Then, follow the links and instructions to upload and submit a video/sample Public Service Announcement explaining what you don’t want to miss as a result of being sick with a cold or the flu and the importance of healthy habits (the “Video”). Once you submit your Video, you will receive one (1) entry into the Contest.
Limit:
You may submit up to ten (10) Videos during the Submission Phase
Prize (s):
ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: A Brooke White acoustic concert to be held at winner’s school (valued at approximately $10,000) and $4,285 that may be used toward taxes. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $14,285.
ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: An autographed Brooke White guitar. ARV: $500.
THREE (3) THIRD PRIZES: An autographed Brooke White photograph. ARV: $50.
