Eligibility :
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States and District of Columbia. Void in Alaska and Hawaii or where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees (and their immediate families, i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings) of Country Music Television Inc. an MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. (“MTVN“), Mercury Records, a Division of UMG Recordings, Inc. (“UMG“) and Sugarland (“Sugarland“, UMG and, together with MTVN, the “Sponsor Entities“), and each of their respective affiliated companies, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, third party fulfillment agencies and any person who has won an MTVN contest or sweepstakes in the preceding twelve (12) month period, are not eligible. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by MTVN, and by the decisions of MTVN, which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (b) to release and hold harmless the Sponsor Entities and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, against any and all claims, injury or damage arising out of or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes and/or use or misuse or redemption of a prize; and (c) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules.
Timing :
The “Ultimate Sugarland Experience Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes“) commences at 12:00:01 PM (CDT) on July 18, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (CDT) on August 31, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period“).
How to enter:
Visit www.cmt.com, a web site owned and controlled by MTVN and complete all required fields on the online entry form. Entrants must also electronically acknowledge and agree to the terms of MTVN’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and submit the online entry form as instructed. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Entries“.

Prize (s):
The Grand Prize Winner will receive: (a) a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest“) to Nashville, TN for the 2008 CMA Awards show on November 12, 2008, but subject to change in Sponsors’ sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the allotted Guest. The trip for two (2) will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of UMG’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by UMG) to Nashville, TN. UMG reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 200 miles of Nashville, TN; (ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at a hotel in Nashville, TN (as determined by UMG) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room, based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) two (2) CMA Music Awards tickets; (iv) a meet and greet with Sugarland; (v) a Sugarland prize package consisting of miscellaneous product; and (vi) an appearance by Grand Prize Winner on CMT’s Top 20 Countdown program, collectively (the “Grand Prize” or “Grand Prizes“).
