Eligibility :
Ziploc Organize Your Life Contest is open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in your state of residence as of the start of the Contest Period.
Timing :
The Ziploc Organize Your Life Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 18, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 1, 2009 (“Contest Period”)
How to enter:
Access the Contest web site at www.bravotv.com (“Web Site”) and click on the Contest icon or text link, either of which will take you to the Contest page, then follow the directions provided to complete and submit the entry form. Information required on the entry form includes your first and last name, complete address (including zip code), telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and e-mail address (collectively, “Entry Information”) and one (1) original submission showcasing how you organize your life with the help of plastic storage bags and containers (“Submission”). Your Entry Information and Submission will together constitute one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Contest. Each Submission shall consist of one (1) of the following: (A) an essay (“Essay”) and a Video (“Video”) OR (B) anEssay and a photo (“Photo”) showing us “How you creatively organize your life with the help of plastic storage bags and containers” (the “Theme”) in accordance with the specifications below. Entry must be original and your own creation (that is, written/produced by you).
Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person or email address during the Contest Period.
Prize (s):
There will be three (3) prizes awarded (each a “Prize”) to each Winner, consisting of the following: A cash award in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) (awarded in the form of a check made payable to each Winner or as otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
