Eligibility : The Weather Channel OFF! Summer Sweepstakes is open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at date of entry, and who have online access on or before July 1, 2009.
Promotion Period : The Weather Channel OFF! Summer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on July 1, 2009 at 12:00:01 ET and end on July 31, 2009 at 11:59:59 ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, visit http://www.weather.com/partnerships/off/ (“Website”) and complete and submit the electronic entry form according to the provided instructions (“Entry”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address.
Prize (s):
One (1) grand prize winner (“Winner”) will receive One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) in the form of a check and an OFF! Gift Pack containing two (2) OFF! Clip-on Mosquito Repellents, two (2) OFF! Powerpad Lamps, one (1) OFF! Smooth & Dry Aerosol, one (1) Deep Woods OFF! Aerosol and one (1) Deep Woods OFF! Towelettes (collectively, the “Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Gift Pack is fifty-two dollars ($55.33). The total Prize ARV is one thousand five hundred fifty two dollars ($1,555.33)
